I recently had a new radio installed and overall it was a good experience. The staff was very nice and professional, and my new radio looks great in my car. The only downside is that my steering wheel controls no longer work with the radio, so I can’t adjust the volume or use any of the buttons from the wheel. But everything else was done really well.

I initially left a positive review, but had to update it after discovering a serious issue immediately after service. After Magic Audio replaced the battery terminal and completed stereo/A/C work, my battery warning light came on as soon as I left. The A/C also appeared inconsistent until the electrical issue was identified. I later inspected the battery under the seat and found that the small fused charging-system sense wire on the positive terminal had not been reconnected when the terminal was replaced. Once this wire was properly reattached, the battery light issue was resolved and the A/C began working normally. This was a simple but critical connection that should have been reattached during the repair. I spent additional time diagnosing and correcting the issue myself after leaving the shop. I’m updating my review so other customers know to double-check the battery terminal connections after service. *Edited to make it harder for him to argue and remove it as I'm SURE he's great at that. They are a very good Business have amazing workers. They're very good with everything that they do. They hooked up a set of subs for me and put in an amp and they done a very amazing job. Very reasonable price definitely will come back if I have any more vehicles if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

My family has now had two vehicles tinted by Magic Audio and both experiences were great. Every person I dealt with was so incredibly kind, they truly went above and beyond! Definitely use these guys.

One of the best places here in North Carolina to get your system installed. His customer service was amazing and my jeep sounds great…. His prices were reasonable and he definitely hooked me up. And they way he installed everything was clean. I will be recommending others
